1. Shipping provider

 

My goods are shipped worldwide either by DHL or Deutsche Post, depending on order volume and country of destination.

Should the delivery company hand over an obviously damaged or already opened package, please reject it as this has legal implications. Should you accept a damaged parcel, you implicitly accept that the shipment was handed over to you in perfect condition and neither you nor I have any possibility to claim for damage cover from the shipping service provider.

 

Please also note that, with the delivery options "desired location" and "desired neighbour" offered by DHL, all claims for damages against Elfgard® and DHL expire. I strongly discourage you to use these two options. If you do it anyway, I unfortunately cannot send you a replacement delivery in case of loss.

 

 

2. Shipping costs

 

I charge a one-time shipping fee per order of 3,45€ within Germany and 3,95€ to any other destination worldwide.

 

 

3. Production times

 

Production times can take up to 2 weeks, as I do not hold all jewelry in stock and often only produce when an order is placed and accepted. I have made the clear decision that the quality of my products is more important than overnight delivery. I do not sell mass-produced goods and all my jewelry is made carefully and by hand.

 

 

4. Delivery times

 

- 1 to 3 working days within Germany
- 2 to 5 working days within Europe
- min. 12 working days to the USA
- min. 14 working days worldwide

Orders might not get delivered on time, arrive damaged or get lost. Once I have handed over the parcel to one of my shipping service providers, I unfortunately have no influence on how fast the shipment can reach you.

 

 

5. Second delivery

 

Should a delivery fail because Elgard was provided with an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of a second delivery attempt. I will also not accept the costs of a second delivery if you have not collected a parcel from a post office within the specified period.
If, on the other hand, Elfgard or the shipping company are the cause of a failed delivery, Elfgard will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you for free.

 

 

6. Lost item

 

Should a parcel get lost during transport, I will send you a replacement as soon as possible, free of charge.
