1. Returns

 

You may return items within fourteen days from receipt without giving any justification, provided that they are in their original state. Send me your cancellation in written form and electronically to make use of your legal right of return. You will find detailed instructions here.


Should you decide to return the goods because they didn't meet your expectations, you remain liable for delivery and return charges.

I will refund the value of the goods as soon as I have received and inspected the returned item(s).

 

 

2. Complaints

 

You have the possibility to inform me about defects of the goods within the period of fourteen days. You are required to check the condition of your shipment immediately after reception. Should, for any reason, an item be source of concern (wrong delivery, defect,  or other), please contact customer service immediately so that I can arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge. I will provide you a free return label with the replacement delivery.


 

3. Exchanges

 

Should the item not meet your expectations, you may exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for all delivery charges related to your order.
