1. Returns

 

You have the right to return items within fourteen days after delivery without giving any reason. Provided the Goods are in original conditions. To exercise the right of return, you must inform us by clear statement. You can find the electronically cancellation form and further instructions here. Please note that if you return by reasons of dislike, you have to bear the cost of return shipping and handling yourself. We will refund the purchase price of the goods as soon as the goods have returned to us and been checked.

 

 

2. Complaints

 

Within the period of fourteen days you also have the opportunity to inform us about defects. Therefore please check the goods condition immediately after delivery. If any item of the order gives reason for complaints (wrong item, defect, others), please contact our customer service instantly, so we can arrange a free replacement for you as soon as possible. Together with the replacement delivery, we will also send you a free return label for the defective goods.

 

 

2. Exchange

 

Within the period of fourteen days you also have the opportunity to exchange goods. Please note that in case of exchange by reasons of dislike, you will have to bear all shipping costs.
